The invitation card and gift voucher are sent by post from the central office in Tehran and are delivered within 1–3 business days after placing the order. Each voucher is valid for one person; for multiple people, add the product to your cart according to the number of guests. Vouchers are sent on the requested date and have a 2-month expiration; recipients must use them before that date. Vouchers are valid 24 hours after delivery and do not require contacting Golbazar to use. Customers can visit the restaurant anytime after receiving the card, though on busy days or weekends, it is recommended to call ahead and make a reservation.
For round-trip service, recipients must contact the restaurant at least 2 business days in advance to book. The contact number is listed on the voucher.
